- Public Transportation: Take a bus from Amplas Bus Terminal in Medan to Pangururan Bus Terminal. From Pangururan Bus Terminal, take a public transportation heading to Merek. Sipisopiso Hill is located approximately 10 minutes from the Merek bus terminal.
