Profile
Pantai Pasifik Porsea is a white-sand plain that directly faces Lake Toba. From this place, you can see the vast expanse of bluish Lake Toba waters.
The wavy water surface caused by the wind creates an atmosphere like being on the seashore, even though it is on the edge of a lake. The view of Lake Toba from this beach is even more beautiful with the presence of the Bukit Barisan Mountains which stand firmly as if guarding Lake Toba.
The shape of the cluster that surrounds Lake Toba like a crater seems to strengthen the results of the eruption of Mount Toba in the past. The sand on this beach is also beautiful white with a rather coarse texture. It is possible that this sand is the result of the eruption of Mount Toba millions of years ago, not sand that was transported from another place. According to local residents, this sand has indeed been around since ancient times.
